Sonos Sub gen 3 not updating and hence unable to add to home theater system - arc and surrounds era 100, what seems to be the problem?

Did you call Sonos? Did you temporarily cable connet the Sub to your router?

Just unplug your speakers and plug in again but wait 10 seconds, also you need to do this with your router and after that in the update stay nearby to the speakers, this was the solution with the updating of my Sub Mini and it worked :)
