I just purchased the speaker Sonos Era 300 and I tried to connected with my Sony TV ( on parallel with the TV’s speakers) without result.

It looks like that I have to choose if I want to play from TV’s speakers or from ERA 300 via bluetooth.

I would like to ask what could be the possible options to connect and play on parallel with the TV’s speakers.

Is the only option to purchase a Sonos soundbar, connected with the TV with HDMI and then from the application of Sonos configure as a multi speaker?

Yes, you need a soundbar.

If you then want to add surrounds you’ll need two matching speakers, as you need left and right rear channels.

You state: “It looks like that I have to choose if I want to play from TV’s speakers or from ERA 300 via bluetooth.” This is standard TV behavior.

No TV that I know of lets you play through external speakers (Bluetooth or otherwise) and the TV’s speaker at the same time (and why would anyone want to?).
