Both of my sono’s beams that I own have stopped appearing on my sonos 2 app. Looks like they were transferred to my legacy sonos 1 app that is disabled. How can get them back on my sonos 2 app “current app” to control?

Hard to tell from the description. Did they get updated to S2 when you migrated from S1? Essentially, did they ever appear on your S2 app?

It might be as easy as simply temporarily wiring them to your router with an Ethernet cable, and powering them off, while rebooting your router.

However, it could be more complex, if they never got migrated to S2 properly. Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Appreciate your help. They were appearing on the sonos 2 app. (update app). I upgraded my wifii to fiberoptic and had to switch out the modem. Some of the sono’s products era 300’s appear but not the two beams.

Does your new wifi use 2,4 AND 5 GHz? If it’s just on 5 GHz, Beam won’t connect because it’s 5 GHz module is needed for surround setups.
