Hey need some help, my Sonos system won’t register to app, I have a bear gen 1 and sub gen 3. I have update wifi, tried resetting system, factory reset. Still I can’t connect to my exciting system

Interesting. That suggests one of two things. Either it’s already been set up on a different LAN (which should have been cleared when you did a factory reset) or there is some issue with the Beam itself. I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
