I tried emailing support@sonos.com but that address is no longer monitored. So hopefully someone can help me here? I’d like to send Sonos Support proof of the vibrating sound and the information on my device (like Serial Number, etc).
When playing just about any music or TV audio, the bass tends to make the device vibrate/rattle with a horrible noise. I tried doing another auto-tune, but that hasn’t helped. The device is becoming unusable.

Ken, thanks for responding. I did submit a diagnostic (before posting this). I have contacted them as agents are now available.
FYI, the problem proved to be a blown subwoofer. The support team issued an RMA. I sent them the device and got it resolved.
