sonos beam gen 2 connection issues.

Just bought a new Sonos beam gen 2 today, my first soundbar. Unfortunately Trying to connect via WiFi on the dreaded Vodafone router has been a pain as I've discovered others with the same problem.

Would connecting via ethernet cable solve my problems?

I have no intention of adding more speakers etc, the beam will be enough for me.

Temporarily connect the Beam to the router with an ethernet cable during setup. Once the Beam is setup, you can disconnect the ethernet cable. Although keeping it wired permanently is a good option too (if this is possible).
