Purchased a used Sonos Beam Gen 2 which works fine connected to my TV. I’m having issues connecting it to my iPhone app and the Windows Desktop App. I tried the resetting method and it stays blinking white and orange light and won’t show green. I’ve tried both the ethernet cable and the 2.4ghz wifi method.
Using the web browser to connect to the speaker it shows the following under Sonos Support Info:

Is it because the QuarantineReason field is showing “secreg”??
