Have rebooted, unplugged and still can’t figure out how to get the Beam working predictably since new app was rolled out. I don’t even see the TV (line in) icon - it comes and goes.
Diagnostic sent in. at least 20 min on hold to talk to someone and had to hang up to take another call.
I have Connect, Plays, Arc - and haven’t even touched those issues yet. Beam is where I watch tv the most.
