My Beam 1 has a hair line cracking forming that goes all the way along the top edge, almost all the way around the whole speaker. It is kept out of direct light, and is minimally handled (only for cleaning) and has never been dropped or hit. Is anyone else experiencing cracking in their products?

I would recommend that you, and anyone else who experiences hairline fractures, to reach out to our support team for further assistance.
If possible, I would suggest taking pictures of this before reaching out as they may need pictures of this issue.
