Not sure I understand all of your post. The Beam should be connected to the HDMI port labeled ARC or eARC on the One Connect Box. I assume the TV also has a connection to that box somewhere, it just wouldn’t be the ARC labeled port. 

What ports are available on the TV itself? What are they labeled? Which Samsung Frame do you have?

The TV is mounted on the wall so I need to take it off the ball to check the connections in order to work out if my set up has been done correctly or not. 

I will do the above when I get a chance and I’ll post on here with an update in due course.
