sonos beam 2 dropping volume to 15 when turning up music

My Sonos beam to just recently started dropping to volume level 15 whenever I turn it up for movies or Spotify music. It’s hooked up to a projector now, but it started happening prior when it was hooked up to my Samsung newer TV. It’s always worked fine for a year. Not sure what’s going on. I unplugged it Plugged it back in reset up the system and I’m still having the issues. Any help here?

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this volume drop, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
