My Sonos beam to just recently started dropping to volume level 15 whenever I turn it up for movies or Spotify music. It’s hooked up to a projector now, but it started happening prior when it was hooked up to my Samsung newer TV. It’s always worked fine for a year. Not sure what’s going on. I unplugged it Plugged it back in reset up the system and I’m still having the issues. Any help here?

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
