My Sonos bar has a doorbell sound can not shut off

Door bell on my sonos


When do you hear this sound? Can you adjust the level of this sound with a Volume control? If so, which  Volume control?

To add onto what Buzz has asked, what happens if you reboot the Arc or if you unplug the HDMI cable, does the noise persist after trying both of these?

Is the Arc in a factory reset state? I’ve had a look in and the Arc can make a ‘chime’ noise if the button is pressed when in this state, which makes me wonder if it’s being held down at all. 

If you’re still hearing the chime after rebooting the Arc, I would recommend you contact our support team for further troubleshooting and support.
