Sonos Arc won't connect to WIFI network but Sonos One does

Have previously had both arc and One connected just fine to network, unplugged the One to move to different room which seemed to lose arc from network. Tried resetting arc but it can never connect wirelessly, can connect with Ethernet but despite then switching to wireless network it remains wired - connection drops when removing Ethernet. Any ideas?

Can you keep the Arc connected to your router or network with an ethernet cable? If not, try rebooting your router or changing the wireless channel on your router.
