Sonos Arc Volume will not go down

My Sonos ARC will not lower the volume.  I have a Samsung MU800 D and the Sonos Arc has sound limit at 1% and tv limit at 1 and is still too loud.    I have set eq settings to minus level as well.  I also reboot the Sonos Arc by turning power off/on.  Nothing fixes the fact the volume is too loud.

Are you using the Sonos App to control the Arc or your TV control?

 

Also, have you checked: (   Settings  up directional button  Sound Output

Hi,

Yes I use the Sonos App to contrl the ARC.  However, I do not see a Up directional button in the Sonos App under settings.
