Sonos Arc volume no longer controlled by LG TV volume. How to troubleshoot?

I’ve been using my Sonos Arc, Sub and One SLs just fine for quite a while and now suddenly when I use the volume control on the TV it no longer controls the Sonos system volume. I can still control the Sonos volume manually by using the controls on the Ones, and the volume control on the TV speakers work fine when I take the HDMI out.

Any idea how to troubleshoot?

Same here… everything was working perfectly for years with a LG TV and Sonos Arc… and then, today, the volume is now working from the TV remote anymore...
