Sonos Arc Ultra Wall Mount?

I have a niche that measures as above; it’s a wooden built in media cabinet with TV mounting space that measures as above in the image (66 x 41) in inches. Claude says it will fit, but it is not exactly 4 inches below.  It says I can get up to 3 inches if I reduce the distance at the top. My question is, will this work appropriately? The Frame Pro TV is what I’m using, so it’s flush mount to the wall and shouldn’t interfere with the 4 inch protruding soundbar, but I don’t know enough to say yay or nay. Thanks for your help!

The Atmos effects depend on the top firing speakers having a direct path to the ceiling.  Sonos recommends 4” from the top of the soundbar to the bottom of the TV to ensure this.  This is just for a typical install, and if you can make sure the top speakers have a clear 45 degree path from the top of the soundbar to the ceiling, perhaps by mounting the soundbar on an additional spacer on the wall to make it jut out further, then a smaller gap between the TV and Arc Ultra should work.  It’s not really the gap in question, it’s the path from the top firing drivers to the ceiling.

    How deep is the niche?

    It might be worth considering an extensible wall mount so you can pull it out enough to clear both the TV and the sides of the niche. For the best possible sound you want all drivers unobstructed.

      Thanks Stanley, it’s about 4 inches deep, but I did end up buying the Sanus articulating mount so that I could have some flexibility in the positioning. I really appreciate your time in looking over my question.
