Sonos Arc Ultra not connecting to Sony KD-AG965

Hi, I have a Sony KD-AG965 I bought a Sonos Arc Ultra today. It will not connect to the tv no matter what I try, I have done all the trouble shooting things I can find online. Full reset, power cycles of both, HDMI cable change, Bravia Sync off and power off etc. The tv know there is something connected to HDMI eARC but then I go to set up it can’t play a sound nor will the app detect a CEC connection. Just says CEC not connected.

Anyone had these issues?

my next options are to try the bar on another TV and another bar on my TV.

Call support, if you have done the user level troubleshooting and are stuck, they have internal access we users don't.
