Hi

My ears get tired listening to the Arc Ultra. Voices are clear but somewhat metallic. It comes even with low sound levels.  Anyone having the same issues and things I can try?

Set the TV Mode speech enhancement to low.

In addition to ​@Stanley_4 suggestion….have you tried using TruePlay if you have or can borrow an iOS device.

I have the same issue with hearing fatigue on my new Arc Ultra + Sub 4. Tried Trueplay and voice enhancement but still can’t seem to get rid of the metallic sound which gets tiring after a while.
 

Would appreciate any other recommendations.

I see this issue is certainly not new - 

I’ve been reading through this old thread but haven’t seen any concrete solutions other than the fact firmware updates seem to have helped. Would have thought SONOS would make sure this same issue didn’t exist for the Arc Ultra.
