No, you are not being petty, though I confess I cannot see the malignment to which you refer - perhaps it’s just my old eyes? Are you referring to a single hole, a horizontal row of them, or a vertical column of them that is not aligned?

Perhaps you could repost the picture after highlighting what you see?

Ultimately, if you are within the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period, you can return your Arc Ultra for any reason (assuming you bought direct - if you purchased from a store, they may have a different period, though 30 days is fairly standard).

Looks like the two columns of holes between the first O and the N are not in line… I wonder if all Arc Ultras are like that somewhere, depending on where the repeat comes in the hole punching process…?

All I can say is that I don’t think I see it on my own Arc Ultra:

Honestly, I don’t really trust my eyes enough to tell, but, if you can’t see the same on mine, I’d say you have a reason to swap yours for another, though I personally would not bother (seeing as I find it difficult to even see in the first place).
