Hi 

I have Sonos Arc Ultra and Nintendo Switch 2 with latest firmware/software. The pairing works fine, and audio plays fine right after pairing. However, once disconnected, reconnecting from Switch 2 seems not working, until putting Ultra to pairing new device mode again (which is a cumbersome manual step). 

Meanwhile Arc Bluetooth with Steam Deck seems totally fine; and Switch 2 connect with other non-SONOS bluetooth with no problem either. 

Anyone has similar experience? Any idea what may fix this?

So you mean using the Arc Ultra in Bluetooth mode with the Nintendo Switch 2, right? If it is the case I think it could be due to the new software of the Switch 2, that here in Sonos we're seeing cases of odd sound by the Switch 2 :)


Why not use an HDMI connection?
