Sonos Arc Ultra Bass

Hi, I’m looking for some help.  I’ve just purchased a Sonos Arc Ultra and find the bass a little low.  I don’t seem to have the ability to amend the bass in the EQ settings as everything is greyed out (see attached).  

 

I’ve tried turning off TruePlay to no avail.  Can anyone help?

Did you manually check for Sonos app and fimware updates?

If both is on latest version, please do a restart (unplug /plug) of your Sonos devices and also your devices running the Sonos app. Another option will be to reset the Sonos app, re open it and connect it again to the existing system.
