Recently got a Sonos arc. Wired up ok, but sound is really poor. Worse than my beam. Think it may be faulty.
Tried to run the trueplay tuning. Initial wave of sounds are ok. End up with a green circle on my iPhone, then tuning just gets stuck on ‘listening to test tones’. I am guesssing some speakers are not firing and so the tuning can’t complete?
Any advice appreciated.
