Having trouble connecting the Sonos app to an Asus xp4 mesh router. Arc soundbar connects to wifi, but the app will say Arc is connected, and then the Arc soundbar does not show on app. Tried iphone and 3 different ipads. Rebooted router many times. Restarted speaker as new many times. Hardwired soundbar to router. Speaker will play through tv, but cannot be controlled without the app. Called Sonos and they said the router (might) not be supported. Anyone else having this problem?
