Hi, I have a Samsung QE65S95FATXZT connected to a Sonos Arc through HDMI port #3 (ARC/eARC).
When I use the native Disney+ app on the Samsung TV to play Dolby Atmos content, the Sonos app only shows “Multichannel PCM 5.1” instead of Dolby Atmos.
TV Settings:
- Audio Out → Auto
- Anynet+ → Active
- Dolby Atmos → Active
- HDMI eArc → Sonos Arc
Could you please help me?
Both Sonos and Samsung support keep blaming each other.
