I have a Sonos arc connected to my tv which keeps dropping out. Sometimes it’s multiple times in 1 hour other times it will not do it all day. It is connected via HDMI and the Sonos is connected to the network via Ethernet.

Do you have any other devices connected to the TV? Have you tried unplugging the TV and Arc from power for about a minute and rebooting your router? Is CEC enabled on your TV?
