Sonos Arc + HD Fury Arcana + Hue Syncbox | do all connect nicely?

Bought the Sonos Arc, HD Fury Arcana, and Hue Syncbox. The TV is a Sony 75” with just arc HDMI port.

 

I have multiple devices: Apple TV 4K, Tivo, nVidia Shield and Nintendo switch.

I would like to connect these to the Hue Syncbox’s input then connect its output to HD Fury Arcana’s input. For those who have this setup, any issues or concerns I should be aware of ?
