When I put a jack headphones into tv out, soundbar is disconnected.
Problem is that I hace jack tv out connected to my vibratoon system.....any idea?
This is probably a setting that needs to be adjusted on your TV set. You may want to contact whoever manufactured the TV and ask them. And that’s even if they have a setting…if it’s hooked up to CEC, that specification only allows for a single audio ‘sink’. Which raises a point, you may want to at least try turning off CEC on whatever TV you have, that might help.

I have check all settings but i can not find anything
What did Sony say when you contacted them? Was there any change when you turned off Bravia-Link, or whatever name Sony is using this week for CEC?
I suppose that bravia sync is CEC because if not. I can not find anything.

Bravia Sync is CEC. TV manufacturers seem to think their own cute names give them some exclusive feature, besides “CEC” sounds complicated.
SONY will not send out any premium audio formats unless Bravia Sync is enabled.
You’ll need to use some sort of external box that can split out the audio. This is not so easy for ARC because the box must pass HDMI-eARC to the ARC and a compatible format for the VIBRATOON.
