Sonos Arc connection issues

Hi, I have just upgraded my Sonos soundbar from a Beam 2 to a Sonos Arc it seems fine however I cannot for the life of me get the Arc to connect to my Era 300,s I have reset the 300,s and turned the router off/on but the Arc won’t recognise the Era,s can anybody offer any advise as my patience has a hair trigger.

Did you disable the radio in your Arc?

Sonos labels that disable WiFi but it kills the whole radio.

 

 

I don’t recommend Factory Reset. It rarely cures fundamental issues and unnecessarily wastes a lot of time.

If you have Factory Reset the 300’s, add them to your system (Do not setup a new system), do not pair them, then add them as surrounds to the ARC.

Hi guys thanks for your responses to my query, I’m now up and running (for the time being) having turned everything off deleting and redownloading the app and starting again.🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
