Sonos Arc and Sonos One Connection Issues

I just bought the Sonos Arc and connected it to 2 Sonos Ones. I can’t get any sound out of the Sonos Ones. They show up as connected in the Sonos app, but no volume.

What are you using for a source?  You need a 5.1 source to hear the surround effects.
