Juste update last sonos firmware and sonos arc won’t connect with tv, this is third time and i’am done with products sonos.

How exactly is the Arc connected to the TV? What model TV do you have? Are any other devices connected to the TV?

Nothing else connected to tv just sonos arc. Is samsung smart tv 2021 model HDMI ARC connected with sonos, reset sonos 3 times no chance. Thank you for advice.


If you have performed a factory reset of the Arc, you need to redo the setup process in the Sonos app. Then perform TV Setup under the Arc’s settings and follow the app instructions. Also make sure Anynet+ is enabled in the TV settings.

If your TV is equipped with eARC, disable the eARC setting too.

CEC needs to be ‘On’ for the TV to recognize the ARC/eARC device.

CEC its on all time.
