Sonos Arc + Adapter + XGIMI Horizon = Dolby Atmos ?

Hi Sonos Fans

I would like to seek for your valuable advice in getting “Dolby Atmos” sound quality for my setup. Through my current setup (left diagram) as illustrated below, I could only get "Dolby Digital Plus 5.1” by connecting Sonos Arc into HDMI (ARC) port of XGIMI Horizon projector.

My objective is to get “Dolby Atmos” sound, do you think it can be work out by adding an adaptor (i.e. Feintech VAX04101 or HDFURY Arcana) as illustrated below (right diagram)?

Hi @MaharishiX, welcome to the Sonos Community!

While I can’t recommend one of these devices myself, both have been recommended by the community in the past in regards to receiving Atmos signals, so you should be fine with either device in the future setup:
