Why does my Arch “chime” 3 times when I power my TV off?

Hi @Carter Country Club, welcome to the Sonos Community!

There are a few different chimes that Sonos systems use, depending on what’s going on, with chimes for the setup, factory reset, alarm, etc.

It seems like you’re able to replicate this quite easily, are you able to record a video of the chime and upload it to a platform such as YouTube to share here? That way I can listen to see what the chime is for, they should have different noises depending on what the chime is for.

If you’re not able to get a video, then I’d suggest contacting our support team for further troubleshooting and assistance, as they have the necessary tools available to look into this issue with you.

I hope this helps!
