Wondering, do Sonos swap my Sonos Arc to New Sonos Arc Ultra if add extra money covering difference? or its only option to sell my one somewhere else, keeping in mind my one is in excellent condition inc. original package.

There are no trade in options, if that is what you are asking. Though Sonos does offer an upgrade discount for some older devices. Check here:

Thank you for your reply, but trade in option for arc at this point only 15% off , no much :( will try to sell it separately it should worth a bit more than 15% discount as Sonos offers. :)
plus while waiting may some new reviews woll come, because we all know not always new is better than old :)

It’s not a trade in program. You do not need to send out your existing speaker to get the 15% (or 30%) discount on the purchase of a new speaker. You can continue to use it, give it away, or sell it as you wish.

Hmm sounds good deal , but i was log in in to my account, i could find all my speakers there inc. my Sonos ID , bun unfortunately cant find any upgrade program in there , i find allot info online and all of them say go to sonos log in , go under upgrade, and get credit for future purchases, but its not there , i m in UK , wondering why? i have arc , and sub gen 3 purchase in 2021 .
I sure wouldn’t expect an upgrade program for the Arc, or the Sub gen 3. They’re still selling them. The ‘upgrade program’ is for much older devices.
