I have a Sonos arc working through a Samsung TV, all has been fine for over a year. Now the TV cannot find THE arc and just keeps saying it’s NOW TV.

I’ve tried switching on and off, unplugging and also changing HDMI cable.

I’ve tried switching on and off, unplugging and also changing HDMI cable.

Some users have reported a similar issue in the community here and elsewhere online, with various branded soundbars …and it seems a few have resolved their issue by switching off eARC on the Samsung TV and so just use the port as HDMI-ARC. Maybe give that a try and see if it perhaps works for you.

Until Samsung releases an update to their CEC managing software, at least….
