I have just purchased a sonos arc and have tried all of the problem shooting ideas to get Spotify on my services, but unfortunately nothing has worked can someone help with any ideas that they have done to get Spotify???

What error messages are you receiving?

No error messages just can't get spotify onto the sonos app or even connect to arc through spotify app

I have tried rebooting router

Uninstalling both sonos and spotify apps

Rebooting samsung s21 phone

Speed test

I have a premium spotify nz account

Tried the same on another device 

But still no luck

Are you saying that you touch the add SPOTIFY button in the SONOS controller and nothing happens?

When you go to Settings/Services and Voice does  Spotify show in the list of Music and Content?

If not, what happens when you click on Add a Service and select Spotify?
