I’m upgrading my surrounds from Sonos one SL to eras 300. I used to invert my Sonos one SL when they were mounted (following sanus guide). But I’ve been reading that there is no need to invert them.

  1. Should I invert my eras 300 based on my living room photos?
  2. Am I supposed to angle the eras 300 towards the listener(tilt down) or towards the tv (straight)?

You need to invert them otherwise the upfiring speakers will just fire straight into the ceiling…

If you really want to place them there, you indeed need to invert them. Where did you read you shouldn’t?
