setup new products to my existing account

I am setting up a new Sonos arc, amp, and subwoofer gen 4 for a client. When i was able to add the devices with some difficulty but now that i have the products added it will not allow me to create a room for the equipment therefor i cannot set up the system any help??

Your position now should be that you have three “rooms” and a Sub, as “room” is just a label for a speaker, or a specified arrangement of speakers.

Go into the Settings for your Arc and “Add Surrounds” and “Add Sub” and follow the prompts.

I have assumed that you haven’t added the surrounds and Sub to the Arc in the initial installation, otherwise you would already be done and dusted..

If you where able to add the devices they should already be in a room. Can you post some screenshots?
