Hi Sonos Community, I purchased a Sonos Arc sound bar today. I’ve tried setting it up but have only got so far, it won’t link to my account. Even though the Arc and My phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi. I have tried turning the Wi-Fi on and off, unplugging the arc etc. I have even factory reset the arc and started setting it up as a new device. Any help would be much appreciated! 

I have the same issue trying to connect a new SUB, the problem seems to be with the upgraded app that came out 3 days ago. I haven’t found a work around yet.
