In general, for a home theater system, you would want to ‘bond’ the Sub and the Era 300s to the Arc, by using the ‘add a device’ process in the controller for the Arc’s room. It’s been a while, it may show up as ‘add a Sub’ and ‘add surrounds’, I don’t recall, but it should be covered in the instructions in the manipulations, and in the FAQ on Sonos’ website.
If you’re wanting to set up the Era 300s as a separate ‘room’, for music purposes, then things would be different.
