I have a Samsung Q90T + Sonos ARC where the sound consistently cuts out while watching shows and movies. TV is up to date as well as Sonos Software. Using an Apple TV 4K. I’ve replaced the HDMI cables. I haven’t been able to get this corrected through Sonos or by searching the web or this community. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Perhaps try switching off CEC control on the ATV 4K, ensure you then reboot the ATV too and see if that resolves the audio-dropout issue.


Try setting the Match Frame Rate setting on the Apple TV to OFF. Also, keep using the Sonos HDMI cable.
