replace mounting screws

I want to change out the screws that mount the beam to its mount with longer cap screws so I may unscrew them with my fingers (and my old eyes can see them, too). What size screw do I need to get to replace the originals?  Thanks.

Take one out and take it to a hardware store or big box store and they’ll match it. Then you can decide what length you want.

I did, thanks.  Got ½ inch (metric equivalent?) socket cap screws.  They fit well with one flat washer and I can unscrew them with my fingers without getting down on my old knees and locating the flush Phillips screws with my old eyes.  Thanks, again.
