Hi there, when I connect the arc soundbar to the tv hdmi arc port the remote control volume control is lost. I can only change volume via Sonas app or voice control but would rather use the remote control - has anyone else had this problem - I can’t locate remote setup on the app! Thanks

Go to settings > Click/Tap the Cog wheel
in the upper right corner of the app > Select the room with the Arc > Scroll down to “Remote Control Setup”.
