The Sonos Ray requires an infrared TV ‘remote’. I assume your ‘remote’ is using Bluetooth, but check the TV user-manual to see if it can be used with other IR controlled products. Alternatively use a different ‘compatible’ A/V ‘remote’ instead, or the Sonos App on a mobile device (not usually a preferred option). See this support link too…
