A couple of One SL can add to Ray as front L/R speakers instead rear speakers? Is yes, this configuration work well in movie sound reproduction? And for music (Airplay) reproduction?

No. All Sonos soundbars are all 3 front channels in one enclosure. To have separate front left and right speakers is often requested but so far not delivered.
