How can I set the volume higher on my two play 1?Al the sound comes out the ray and only a little on my play 1 devices

In the ‘room’ for your Ray, there is a section for the surround speakers. In that section, there is a volume for the surround speakers versus the Ray.

Not sure I understand, but I think you’re asking to use three PLAY:1s as surrounds, and the answer is no. The Sonos system (including the Ray) only supports (and requires) two surround speakers.

The third PLAY:1 could be set up in another Sonos ‘room’, and then grouped when playing music. When playing the TV’s input on the Ray, there will be a slight delay between the Ray’s ‘room’ and any grouped  ‘rooms’.
