im still getting random loud pops followed by very little volume on my Arc after updating to newest firmware 15.11 that was supposed to fix it.
My diagnostic code is 495328792

This issue is supposedly fixed, but Support Staff in the community have previously commented that anyone who encounters an issue should contact their Technical Support, especially if able to reproduce the issue. To get in touch you can call them via this link below:
