I’ve had a projector system with Sonos Beam + One, Optoma UHD38, and Apple TV for a few years. All working fine - connected HDMIs from the projector and and AppleTV into the Beam system via an AGPTEK converter (HDMI to HDMI + audio). 

Today I replaced the AppleTV with a PS5, but now the audio is no longer working. PS5 loads up on the projector screen, but no audio comes out of the Sonos system. 

Audio does come through the projector’s own tiny/weak speakers. 
 

Curious if anyone knows how to fix this?

Sonos Customer Service was woefully unhelpful. Wasted an hour of time on the phone to end with “sometimes this just happens?”
