Projector, HdFury and Sonos Arc

Hoping for some advice here 😊

I have the Epson LS12000 connected to a HdFury VRROOM (from the projector's eARC output to the HDMI TX0 input) and a cable from my Sonos Arc to the eARC Audio input on the VRROOM.  However, while trying to install the Arc on the app I get a message saying "HDMI ARC not detected". Any advise?

As additional information, I have a PS5, a Nintendo and an Apple TV connected to the VRROOM. All cables are high quality HDMI 2.1. The one running from the Sonos Arc to the VRROOM has the "device" side of the cable connected to the speaker and the "display" side is connected to the VRROM.

I would truly appreciate all the help I can get - since this is driving me crazy 😊

It appears you may have purchased the wrong device for your setup. You most likely need the HDFury 4K Arcana 18Gbps. Take a look at the device and the recommended setup using a projector. Click this link and select sub-category “Getting Started”.

Thanks for the reply! I actually have the Arcana 2 as well (it doesn't work either). The VRROOM has a eARC Audio input, called Arcana, so it should do the same thing as the Arcana.

Any progress with this? I recently bought an LS12000, and a Sonos surround setup - era 300 x4, sub, arc. I just hooked up the Apple TV to the projector, and am running sound over the network for now, but was looking at an arcana and wondering if that is the way to go.
