problem with apple tv, hda 931 and sonos arc

Hi all! 

 

Hi I have a problem with my hda 931 because I have a tv without HDMI earc so no Dolby Atmos in my sonos arc and I read that hda 931 will solved my problem.

 

I have an apple tv and in my sonos arc appears pcm 7.1 no Dolby and no Dolby Atmos.

 

- Apple tv connected to input HDMI hda 931

- Hdmi output soundbar hda 931 to Sonos arc HDMI input

- HDMI output tv hda 931 to HDMI arc tv input 

All my HDMI cables are 2.1

Apple tv audio settings with change format NO and Dolby Atmos YES

 

I don,t know what can I do more... But i don,t have Dolby or Dolby Atmos

What exactly are you watching? From what app/device?

If using Netflix, make sure you have a premium Netflix subscription and you are playing the ORIGINAL language audio track.

NOTE: Because the Apple TV 4K used a Dolby MAT encoder, all 5.1 audio will play as “Multichannel PCM”.
