I am trying to setup a new Playbar. I keep getting the error on Sonos App on my phone “There was a problem linking your Playbar to your account”.
I have tried Ethernet connection between my Playbar and Router and rebooted the router also. Still the issue persists.

Have you tried performing a factory reset of the Playbar?
